Tables are currently available but will sell out quickly. All tables are reserved on a “First-Come, First-Served” basis. Please view the rules outlined in the dealer contract. By ordering tables, you are automatically agreeing to the list of rules and guidelines below.

DEALERS ROOM HOURS

Friday: 5:00 pm-9:00 pm (Pre-Show at 4:00 pm)
Saturday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm (Pre-Show at 10:00 am)
Sunday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

You will not receive anything in the mail, you will receive your vendor passes at check in. Load in will begin Thursday July 8 from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm, and Friday starting at 10:00 am.

Please indicate if you want a wall table in the comments section of the Order Form. All wall tables are awarded on a First-Come, First-Served basis.

DEALERS ROOM RULES & GUIDELINES

1. All vendor/exhibitor tables/spaces must be manned at all times.

2. Vendor/exhibitor tables/spaces MUST remain intact throughout the hours of the convention and may not be dismantled prior to the closing of the convention.

3. Electricity will be provided to vendors for $50.00 charge; and, vendors must bring any extension cords, or other miscellaneous items which they require to utilize electric. The hotel will charge you rental if you ask them for cords, power strips etc.

4. If any vendor/exhibitor has special requirements, including but not limited to large display racks, easels, stand-ups, etc. FM CON staff MUST clear them at the time the tables/space is booked. Vendors may not hang large banners in any areas of the convention except within their own vendor area.

5. FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION is a solely independent entity from Famous Monsters of Filmland and Movieland Classics, LLC. All Vendors/Exhibitors understand and agree that this agreement is being made wholly with Famous Monsters Convention. All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold harmless & blameless Famous Monsters of Filmland, its affliates, employees and agents and all FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION staff members, workers; and Wyndham entities, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in the FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION event.

6. In addition, all vendors/exhibitors acknowledge that FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION and all FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION staff members, workers; and WYNDHAM entities, employees and agents, will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitors persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss.

7. FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/ exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION in any way.

8. All merchandise bought or sold at FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION is done strictly between vendors/exhibitors and attendees. http://www.famousmonstersconvention.com/ and FAMOUS MONSTER OF FILMLAND magazine are not party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.

9. Each vendor is responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes required by law to be owed based on your individual dealings during the convention.

10. No pornographic, illegal, stolen or copyright infringed merchandise please. Violation of this may result in vendor being asked to leave and there will be no refunds of vendor space purchase. FAMOUS MONSTERS CONVENTION reserves the right to decide what is appropriate / inappropriate material.
